It is an apartment located in the central area and about 300 meters from the Lido landing stage.

It is the ideal apartment to spend a holiday in Venice for a family, for one or two couples of friends. The district, which opens towards the wonderful San Marco basin, is very characteristic: The center of the Lido, what can I say, maximum comfort, tranquility, a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and the beach.
The center, with its fish, fruit and vegetable market and the most beautiful shops, from those of big names to small craft shops, are just a few steps away. Every day you can choose a different restaurant among the many in the area or buy typical products in a grocery store for those who prefer to cook at home. The kitchen is fully equipped as befits the great Italian culinary tradition. The apartment is equipped with all services: air conditioning, LCD TV, electric oven, washing machine, toaster, hairdryer, iron, Italian coffee machine, independent heating.
It is located within walking distance of public services. Those arriving from Venice Marco Polo Airport can take the motorboat service (Alilaguna) and stop directly at the Lido dock. From there the apartment is a 2 minute walk.
